Tracey Holland

With over thirty years of experience in education, Tracey Holland has served in public, for-profit, and nonprofit organizations, where she has worn many hats—teacher, student advocate, inspirational speaker, team leader, professional developer, professor, curriculum writer, action researcher, director, consultant, and coach. Through each distinct role, she learned how to cultivate, nurture, develop, and grow adults and students alike. Tracey is a lifelong learner with a heart for transformation in both people and organizations. Her life mission is to Inspire ~ Encourage ~ Love ~ Serve. She lives in a genuine and authentic way, always looking for and seeing the best in people. Her approach allows everyone to come as they are, being open and willing to look deep inside with a lens of reflection that brings forth a willingness to change.
